| 産地：クナワラはライムストーンコーストと呼ばれオーストラリアで最高のCS産地として有名、ボルドーによく似ているといわれています。 土壌：テラ･ロッサ Terra Rossa と呼ばれる赤い表土で覆われた、石灰岩土壌。 ストーリー：家族経営のワイナリーとしてクナワラで最古の存在。クナワラに初めてブドウを持ち込んだJohn Riddoch（ジョン・リドック）の孫 ピーター・リドック・ライミル） がワイナリーの創始者。 ジョン・リドックの息子（ワイナリーの創始者のお父さん）は、ワインメーカーではなく南極探検家として有名で、引退後は南オーストラリア州の乗馬の分野で多大な功績を残されたゆえ、このRymillのシンボルが馬をモチーフにしています。 エシカル：持続可能な認定を受けており、ワイナリーとブドウ園で毎日働き、環境への影響を最小限に抑えています。エシカルマークを2種取得。 |
